These questions seem a bit vague. Not sure the tester knows a lot about golf, but as a testee, here is my take

1. The _Grip_______ is something that should be tested according to the comfort level of the golfer.

2. What does it mean when a golfer “addresses the ball?”
He/she prepares for contact with the ball

3. What happens if a golfer accidentally makes contact when addressing the ball?
This could be interpreted as no penalty under Rule 7, but that was not a choice.

He/she is assessed a stroke

4. When a player steps into his/her backswing, where should the weight of his/her body be placed?

Right hip
Back foot

Follow through
